Unfortunately anyone can be a builder. You will always have critics and ole uncle Henry who says "They don't build em like they used too."

 

There are many people who claim to be builders out there competing for your dollars. Some are very good at marketing and some very good at decorating. Some very price effective, so you generally do what you think is best for your family.

 

There are many parts to our system I have not talked about like ventilation, HVAC equipment, Plumbing and others that we will address if you wish to ask. You only get one chance to build things like the foundation, the frame structure, flashing, and insulation right. It is your investment dollars so I believe you should spend the money to get that part right above all else. You can put on a new roof or add that crown mould or change out the floor, but you cannot tear down and rebuild the structure very cost effectively.
